Shipping policy

AUSTRALIA

Depending on your location and products purchased we will endeavour to find the best shipping possible to get to you.  We use several couriers and will advise you of the best rate.

Most orders are dispatched via Australia Post on the same day or next (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email with a tracking number once it has been sent.

During the checkout process, you should specify any special delivery instructions. All deliveries require a signature on delivery. If you are happy to Safe Drop please indicate this.

For WA, NT, TAS and SA please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be delivered. Please check the Australia Post www.auspost.com.au website if you require a time estimate from our postcode 2400 to yours.

Phoebe’s cannot be held responsible for items lost in the shipping process once the products have left our store.

If, for some reason, there is a delay with dispatch of your order we will communicate this within 2 working days and communicate a delivery time frame. Should a delayed dispatch time not meet your needs, we will be happy to process a refund.

INTERNATIONAL

Phoebe’s is based in Australia, however we are happy to ship internationally.

All orders will be charged in Australian dollars ($AUD) and include 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Australia Post International shipping costs will apply, along with the appropriate insurance cost. Australia Post delivery charges are influenced by the size and weight of the product(s) you have ordered, and the delivery location. If you are outside of Australia and wish to place an order, please send an email to info@atastysurprise.com.au itemising the products you wish to order. We will provide an invoice via Paypal with the delivery charge shown as a separate item on your invoice. For a quote only on international shipping costs for your order, please also email us on info@atastysurprise.com.au. A Paypal invoice can be paid using a credit card, you do not need to have a Paypal account.

Delivery will be made during business hours. Please specify delivery instructions for your order during the check out process.

Any import taxes (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the customer.
